Johnathan Gordon has been my first trainer after decades of inactivity. Being in my early sixties, I needed a person able to motivate me and to gradually increase the engagement at the machines without putting much strain, but at the same time able to evaluate the degree needed each time to get my muscles in use and getting stronger. I found in him a very skilled and professional instructor, and at the same time a smart young man always attentive to my difficulties, weaknesses and my psychological needs. Johnathan had a profound impact on my ability to finish my 10k Spartan race.
